At WBPVCPRINT, we specialize in custom-printed PVC cards. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy is governed by specific conditions.

Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The print quality has significant manufacturing defects.
• The wrong item was delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for cards where:

• The customer provided low-resolution or incorrect files.
• The customer changed their mind after the printing process started.
• Minor color variations occur due to screen vs. print differences.

Process

To initiate a return for damaged goods, please email us at help@wbpvcprint.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
